Tap the Groups tab, then tap "Create Group". Give your group a name and share the invite code with your friends so they can join.
Tap the Groups tab, then tap "Join Group". Enter the invite code shared by your group creator and you'll be added immediately.
If you miss your daily check-in, your group character resets to Level 1. You can use a Revive (available with Lifted Revive subscription) to restore your progress.
Lifted Revive is our premium subscription ($4.99/month or $49.99/year) that gives you one character revive per month, plus access to custom frames, backgrounds, character skins, and reactions.
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings:
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings to restore your subscription.
Tap the Track tab, then tap "Create Routine". Name your routine, add exercises from our 300+ exercise database, and save. You can then start a workout directly from your saved routine.
Go to the Track tab, select your routine, and tap "Start Workout". Log your sets, reps, and weight, check them off as you complete them, then save when done. You can also share your workout to your group feed.
Tap the Check-In button on your home screen or group feed. Follow the unique daily prompt, take your photo, and submit. Your check-in will appear in your group feed.
Tap the ⋯ (three dots) menu on any post or comment and select "Report". Choose the reason and submit. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Tap the ⋯ (three dots) menu on any post or comment from that user and select "Block User". You won't see their content and they won't see yours.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete all your data including workout history, check-ins, and group memberships. This cannot be undone.

Try tapping "Restore Purchases" in the app settings. If that doesn't work, email us at liftedappios@gmail.com and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
Go to the supplements section in the app, tap "Add Supplement", enter the name, dosage, and timing. You can log your daily intake and set reminders to never miss your stack.
Make sure you're connected to the internet. Pull down on the feed to refresh. If the problem continues, try closing and reopening the app.
